1. Registration

You can order items without registration.

If you register it is easier to make an order in the next shopping time. Registered customer can sign in to the webshop and then you don´t need to write name/address again when you order. Registered customers can also view their earlier made orders after signing in.


2. Prices

Product prices are subject to change from time to time by Merchant without prior notice. The price charged by Merchant for any product will be the price listed for such product in the Web Store catalog at the time an order is submitted to Merchant.


3. Shipping

Delivery time for the items that we have in stock is 2-14 days. Usually we send items immediately when we have received the order.


When you place an order for an item not in-stock, we will immediately send the request to our warehouse. If the item is unavailable, we will notify you by email or phone.


The vendor has right to choose the method of delivery.


Product prices do not include shipping and handling fees. Web store will add automatically shipping and handling charges to your order before ordering.


4. Methods of payment

The products can be paid by the following methods of payment:

  • Invoice

  • Web Payment (Aktia/SP/POP, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Tapiola, Ålandsbanken).

  • Credit Card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard).

    Credit card numbers or key numbers are NOT stored on our servers if you pay your order on the web. Web payments are processed through SSL (Secure Socket Layer) with 128 bit encoding and are therefore secure.


    5. Return Policy

    Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon tender of the shipment to the carrier. If the product is damaged in transit, the customer must file claim with the carrier. Service Provider will not accept returns for shipping damage.

    If a product arrives defective or become defective during its warranty period the customer must notify vendor within 10 days of receipt, vendor will arrange with the customer to exchange or receive a refund for the product, return shipping charges paid by vendor. For warranty information and claims, refer to the Product Warranty below.

    Orders that result in a return for any other reason, e.g. wrong item ordered, refusal, etc., will incur return shipping charges, and a re-stocking base charge of 10%. Such returns must be in new condition with original packaging. Returns not meeting this standard will be assessed additional restocking charges determined at the sole discretion of vendor.

    BEFORE returning any product, contact vendor by telephone or by email.


    6. Warranties

    Warranties for all products purchased through the Web Store are limited to those warranties provided by the respective manufacturers, distributors or suppliers of such products. Merchant has no responsibility for such warranties, if any.

    7. Force majeure

    The Service Provider is not responsible for delays due to force majeure.

    8. Data Privacy

    Service Provider does collect customer information online including names, postal and e-mail addresses, phone number, billing and delivery addresses and other information that may pertain to your business relationship with vendor.

    The sole purpose of the collection of such data is to provide you (the client) with a good shopping experience and to perform the functions of completing the transactions contemplated by virtue of your use of the website.

    Service Provider does not rent, sell or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies, unless otherwise requested by you.

    However, Service Provider may choose to release personal information if such release is required by law (for example, a subpoena.)
